Under provisions of article 80., section 2, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (Official National Gazette no. 120/16):
Company KAŠTIJUN L.L.C. Pula, as a contracting authority, proclaims that it is not in conflict of interest with any business entities, as stipulated by the provision of Article 76, Section 1, and Article 77 of the Public Procurement Act.
Prior consultations with interested business entities
Under Article 198, section 3 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette No. 120/16), KAŠTIJUN L.L.C. Pula, as a contracting authority, must carry out the procedure of mandatory consultations with interested parties in the duration of a minimum of 5 (five) days, before initiating the open or restricted procedure for public procurement of works (lesser and higher value) or public procurement of goods and services of high value, carry out the procedure of mandatory consultations with interested business entities in the duration of minimum 5 (five) days.
